Welcome to Noctara. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Noctara is a niche luxury perfume house operating in the United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Noctara; “you” means the visitor or customer.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — including for stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, where applicable, include VAT.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • If a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you before dispatch and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Products

We take care to present each fragrance accurately, but screens vary and scent is personal. Notes and descriptions are provided as guidance. Fragrance is a natural product and slight batch variation may occur.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy and your cancellation and refund rights in our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content — text, imagery, and branding — is owned by Noctara and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
